This is such a staple in our home! It takes minutes to prepare and is always so satisfying!
What you need:
Protein powder (I use vanilla)
Non-dairy milk or water
1/2 cup oats to 1 scoop protein
Whether you are making in bulk or 1 serving at a time, liquid will vary. I always mix the dry ingredients together first then fill the bowl with liquid until the dry ingredients are covered.
I like mine super gooey so I usually use a little extra liquid.
Go crazy, add something tasty!

Organic frozen blueberries
Cinnamon with chopped apple
