What do I receive?

Personal Training requires a scientific approach to bring you where you want to go. Therefore, our first step is taking you through an initial Fitness Assessment with a Functional Movement Screen (FMS). This includes a needs analysis questionnaire where we will discuss with you your fitness goals, workout history, and other related factors such as sleep, managing stress, injuries, and nutrition. After this discussion we perform a baseline analysis of your movement capabilities, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. This data allows us to customize a specific fitness program to get you from point A to point B!

How much is it?

We currently offer 1 hour Personal Training Sessions

Single Session: $125/$150*

10 Session Package: $1150/$1400*

Winter / Summer*
