 On-Demand Fitness | Programs

Previously known as the LIFTsweat Method, our objective with Full Body Protocol is to focus on developing core strength, increasing mobility and practicing functional movement. I recently suffered from Rhabdo which is damage to your skeletal muscle which effects your kidneys and liver. This experience left me unable to use my arms and not give my clients the attention they deserve. I want to prevent this from happening to anyone else. My mission with Full Body Protocol is to insure safety with every movement, fluidity of range through our joints  and proper breath to increase our core strength.  This protocol is more than just a workout, it's movement medicine for our bodies.
