Service Description
It is time to focus on mobility, core strength, and functional movement in this full body class. We will take our time, joint by joint, to give our bodies what they need. Perfect for any level or goal, especially: -Someone who plays golf, tennis, any other repetitive sport. -Someone who has trouble activating their core & other muscle groups. -Someone who is stiff, tight, or finds themselves sitting a lot. -Someone who wants to learn exercises for a balanced workout. Each class we will use equipment from the following list: -Loop band -Light/ medium/heavy set of weights -Pilates ring -Small yoga ball FREE TO MEMBERS, Follow proctor to payments & sign into your account 😚. Please make sure to sign up at least 30 minutes in advance.
