IN-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING

Here at Hamptons Wellness on Wheels we use a progression based approach based on your specific goals and fitness level to create a seamless program for you.
What to expect:
Our 1st appointment consists of a needs analysis, goal setting, Par-Q, and fitness assessment that serves as the basis for your customized Personal Training program. Together we will create your ultimate goal and plan out how we will get you your results. Depending on your schedule/ goals we will come up with a calendar that will set you up for success!
$150 for 60 Minutes
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
If you need extra motivation to exercise, working out in a group is for you. Having your friends, family or partner there with you has multiple benefits:
Excellent way to keep you accountable
Motivates you to succeed by being each others cheerleader
Creating a healthy community of your own
All while still getting the experience of one on one Personal Training!!
Similar to Personal Training, we create goals for the group and design our program around making everyones results come true.
$175 for 60 Minutes
When the weather is perfect , we take advantage of it! Host a group of friends, co-workers or family and make your workout a party! We will bring the equipment, you bring your pals.
